Curiosity: In the collegiate church of San Vittore in Brezzo di Bedero, a very ancient antiphonary was discovered, a true treasure that testifies to the rich cultural past of the town.

An example of this continuity between the ancient and current world is visible in the collegiate church of San Vittore “la Canonica” from 1137, built on the remains of an early Christian temple.
Four musical codes dating back to the 12th, 14th and 15th centuries belong to the Collegiate Church, fundamental works for the study of Ambrosian singing and a true artistic jewel of the Collegiate Church. In summer the Collegiate Church is often the setting for musical concerts thanks to the presence inside of a seventeenth-century organ of great artistic value where a very ancient antiphonary was discovered, a true treasure that testifies to the rich cultural past of the town.
